Description

You will manage and maintain Active Directory environments while providing technical support and ensuring system stability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex Active Directory issues to ensure environment stability.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical escalations.
• Maintain system integrity through consistent monitoring and maintenance.
• Support operations during standard 8-5 PM EST hours, including occasional weekend work.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for directory services and related infrastructure.
• Ability to work onsite in Quincy, MA, 4 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
