Description

You will manage a complex identity environment spanning 4 AD forests, 9 child domains, and associated domain controllers across on-premises and cloud infrastructures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage AD forests, child domains, and domain controllers in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Configure AD structures, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Fine-Grained Password Policies (FGPP), and allied services.
• Maintain Azure AD Connect to ensure accurate data synchronization to Azure AD.
• Handle application integration, identity protection via Conditional Access policies, and user/group management.
• Investigate root causes of incidents through log analysis, reporting, and stakeholder interviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and directory services.
• Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory management and Domain Controller administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure AD Connect, and hybrid identity scenarios.
• Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot GPOs and FGPP.
• Experience with certificate management and identity protection policies.
• Strong background in incident management and root cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience auditing and maintaining device baseline configurations.
• Ability to perform configuration hygiene by removing unused or dormant objects.
