Description

You will lead Active Directory and Azure AD infrastructure implementations, upgrades, and security engineering. You will own the identity and access management strategy for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Active Directory domain-level implementations, upgrades, and Group Policy Object (GPO) deployments.
• Troubleshoot replication, GPO, authentication, and account lockout issues to ensure system stability.
• Design and plan Azure environments, including application dependencies, network connectivity, and virtualization strategies.
• Manage core operating systems, performing manual Windows security patching and performance tuning.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and resolve chronic technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT with a focus on Security Engineering and Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory Services and AD LDS.
• Proven experience implementing and managing Azure AD and Azure private cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of provisioning, authentication, and authorization protocols including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, IIS (Configuration, Architecture, SSL, Kerberos), and Windows Architecture.
• Experience with Azure enterprise application registration and providing AWS/Azure access for service accounts.
• Ability to validate AWS enterprise security event logs and assess impact.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting incidents and performing scheduled maintenance upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Okta, Centrify, or Quest Recovery Manager.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
