Description

·        Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory including users, groups, file share permissions, and other enterprise platforms.

• Provision and de-provision of access across multiple systems
• Act as an escalation point for security problems not resolved by the IT Service Desk
• Ensure compliance and adherence with corporate security controls and standards
• Analyze and resolves problems with user and/or data access. Proactively identifies basic security problems and presents/develops solutions
• Participate in data clean-up efforts with direction from management. Performs Active Directory data updates and normalization
• Assists with Role mining/development activities where necessary
• Communicate effectively with team members, internal stakeholders, and management

Must Haves

·        Bachelor’s degree / University degree

·        2+ years of IT experience with B.A or B.S.

·        Familiarity with ITSM tools (E.g. ServiceNow)

·        Familiarity with Identity Solutions (Sailpoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt)

·        Privileged Access Management Solutions (such as Delinea, CyberArk, Beyond Trust)

·        Demonstrated understanding of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control concepts

·        Strong communication skills

·        Strong problem-solving skills and techniques

Nice to Haves

·        Working knowledge of AWS, Linux/Unix

·        Foundational knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting

·        Ability to establish and revise processes/documents based on new and changing security requirements.

·        Demonstrated knowledge of information security policies, standards, and/or governance controls in complex computing environments
