Description

You will support and implement enterprise-level Directory Services within the Identity and Access Management team, focusing on Windows Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations for Active Directory and LDAP solutions, including service account maintenance.
• Develop automated PowerShell scripts to operationalize manual tasks and update technical runbooks.
• Respond to incidents via ServiceNow and monitor system-generated alerts for outages or failures.
• Remediate security findings identified by Microsoft or internal security standards.
• Implement new solutions and integrations as defined by security architects to improve infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in Enterprise IT Operations or Security solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration.
• Ability to write and use PowerShell for automation.
• Basic understanding of Cloud Services operations including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Ability to work independently and meet committed deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
