Description

Manage and optimize enterprise Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across Windows Server environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer domain controllers, forests, trusts, and replication while troubleshooting DNS and DHCP services.
• Design and deploy Group Policies to enforce security standards and operational consistency.
• Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Certificate Services, and Distributed File System (DFS) for data access and replication.
• Automate administrative tasks and workflows using PowerShell scripting to improve efficiency.
• Lead infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and transformation projects while mentoring junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Deep expertise in DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with PKI, Certificate Services, DFS, and Microsoft KMS.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and root cause analysis.
• Experience with infrastructure transformation, migration, or consolidation projects.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AD and hybrid identity environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory security hardening and auditing tools.
• Exposure to ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
