Description

Manage and secure enterprise-scale Active Directory environments and identity services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex technical problems involving Active Directory replication and performance.
• Design and implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to manage environment settings.
• Execute Active Directory disaster recovery procedures and manage security administration.
• Communicate technical solutions and strategic updates to stakeholders ranging from technical staff to CIOs.
• Develop technical documentation, presentations, and training materials for customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer environments.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory Domain Services and Domain Controller management.
• Proven ability in Active Directory troubleshooting and disaster recovery.
• Experience with Group Policy implementation and design.
• Strong fundamental networking knowledge including IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, and routing.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management frameworks.
• Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Active Directory scripting technologies and monitoring tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager, AD FS, or Azure AD Connect.
• Proficiency with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
