Description

Manage the corporate Identity Management environment and serve as the senior escalation point for complex production issues.

Responsibilities

• Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management to prevent recurring technical issues in the identity environment.
• Produce enterprise-level designs and collaborate with engineering and support teams to drive implementation.
• Develop and enforce security procedures, standards, and controls to ensure the integrity of Windows Systems and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory replication, account lockouts, and cross-forest configurations.
• Translate complex technical issues into understandable business language for end users.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 6-9 years focused on Microsoft Directory services.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, DFSR, DHCP, AD Certificates, and DNS.
• Expertise in Active Directory replication troubleshooting and hands-on use of replication tools.
• Strong experience with Group Policies, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, VB script, and Batch script.
• Deep understanding of DFS, FRS, TCP/IP, SMB, and Kerberos.
• Experience with DNS query, Zone Transfer, and Active Directory disaster recovery/backup solutions.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Terminal Server and ADFS.
• Ability to manage files, folders, and perform basic networking and Office365 troubleshooting.
