Description

You will design, develop, and implement workflow solutions using Activiti BPM.

Responsibilities

• Build BPMN 2.0 artifacts, including process definitions, user/service/script tasks, gateways, and timers.
• Develop custom Java code, delegates, listeners, and handlers to extend workflow behavior.
• Integrate Activiti workflows with backend systems using REST APIs and SOAP services.
• Troubleshoot BPMN execution issues, workflow failures, and runtime exceptions in production.
• Analyze business processes and convert them into workflow models.

Required Skills

• 4–10 years of experience with Activiti BPM development (6.x / 7.x or Alfresco Activiti).
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 process modeling.
• Hands-on experience integrating workflows using REST/SOAP.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flowable, Camunda, or other BPM platforms.
• Knowledge of messaging systems (JMS, ActiveMQ, Kafka).
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
