Description

Develop and enhance business process automation solutions using Activiti BPM, including analysis, design, and integration with enterprise systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and document business processes using BPMN standards.
• Configure and develop workflows within the Activiti BPM platform.
• Integrate Activiti BPM with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Lead testing, debugging, and deployment activities for BPM applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of strong hands-on experience with Activiti BPM.
• Proficiency in BPMN modeling.
• Expertise in Java/J2EE development.
• Experience integrating via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven experience in system integration and process automation.
• Knowledge of cloud-based BPM implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Implement BPM best practices focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
