Description

Manage and maintain the Office 365 ecosystem, focusing on Exchange Online, Active Directory, and hybrid identity solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy hybrid O365 solutions, managing migrations across multi-forest and multi-domain environments.
• Administer Exchange Online services, including mail-flow, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and transport rules.
• Implement security controls such as MFA, Azure Information Protection, DLP, IRM, and compliance protocols.
• Automate administrative tasks and environment processes using PowerShell scripting.
• Troubleshoot AD Connect, mail-flow, anti-spam, and anti-malware issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in O365 administration, specifically Exchange Online and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with AD Connect, ADFS, WAP, NPS, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation via Office 365 Command Shell.
• Experience managing Exchange on-premises and hybrid deployment architectures.
• Expertise in mailbox management, including delegation, quota management, and mail tracking.
• Knowledge of third-party email hygiene solutions and MFA implementation on Azure/O365.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure AD synchronization.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications such as MCSA: Office 365 or MCSE: Productivity.
• Experience with Skype for Business and OneDrive for Business.
