Ensure digital products meet strict accessibility standards through auditing, testing, and technical guidance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accessibility compliance audits and testing for websites, mobile applications, and documents using WCAG 2.0 and Section 508 standards.
• Perform accessibility analysis on wireframes and mock-ups to identify potential violations early in the design process.
• Document identified violations with detailed reports and suggested code-based solutions.
• Collaborate with software development and QA teams to resolve WCAG compliance defects.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of technical experience in UI/Front-end development.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA.
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.0/2.1, WAI-ARIA, UAAG, and ATAG.
• Experience using evaluation tools such as Chrome accessibility developer tools, Axe, Inspect, and WAI toolbar.
• Hands-on experience with assistive technologies including screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, ChromeVox, Voiceover, Talkback) and magnifier tools.
• Understanding of disability laws including the ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
