Description

You will lead accessibility testing efforts to ensure compliance with digital accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute accessibility testing using JAWS and CCA to identify WCAG violations.
• Develop and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, scripts, and Traceability Matrices.
• Manage large-scale testing projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate across onshore and offshore teams to resolve accessibility issues.
• Perform both functional and automation testing tasks.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in IT.
• 5 years of dedicated accessibility testing experience.
• Strong proficiency with JAWS and CCA screen readers.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1 A/AA guidelines.
• Experience using ALM and JIRA for defect tracking and management.
• Proven ability to write detailed test documentation and scripts.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years tenure in current or previous roles.
