You will own accessibility testing and auditing across web and mobile applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accessibility testing using automated tools and manual methods against WCAG and regulatory standards.
• Create, document, and manage test plans, test cases, and scripts for multiple projects.
• Execute functional, end-to-end, and regression testing to ensure application quality.
• Document, manage, and prioritize critical ADA defects, reporting issues to stakeholders.
• Provide training and implement accessibility best practices as a subject matter expert.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst with deep QA methodology knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) adhering to WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA in agile settings.
• In-depth knowledge of ADA tools and standards, including WAVE, JAWS, axe, and ANDI.
• Hands-on experience with automated test tools and management tools like Jira or GitLab.
• Proficiency utilizing assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, and TalkBack.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
• Ability to provide direction and lead QA testers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading accessibility initiatives across multiple projects.
