Description

You will lead testing and audit activities to ensure digital products meet WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 Level AA conformance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute accessibility audits using automated tools and manual testing with assistive technologies.
• Develop and manage test plans, test cases, and scripts based on software requirements and design documents.
• Perform functional, end-to-end, and regression testing for web and mobile applications.
• Document, report, and prioritize critical ADA defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and clients to provide technical feedback and subject matter expertise.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst with knowledge of QA methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within agile projects.
• In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 Level AA standards.
• Hands-on experience with accessibility tools including WAVE, JAWS, axe, and ANDI.
• Proficiency with assistive technologies such as NVDA, Voiceover, and TalkBack across multiple devices and browsers.
• 4 years of experience working with HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience using test management tools like Jira or GitLab.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification.
