Description

You will lead testing and audit activities to ensure web and mobile applications meet accessibility standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual and automated accessibility testing using assistive technologies to evaluate conformance to WCAG standards.
• Create, document, and manage test plans, test cases, and scripts based on software requirements.
• Conduct functional, end-to-end, and regression testing to ensure application reliability and quality.
• Document, report, and prioritize critical ADA defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and clients to provide feedback and act as a subject matter expert during system design.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst with knowledge of QA methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within agile projects to meet WCAG 2.0/2.1 level AA conformance.
• Hands-on experience with assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, and TalkBack.
• Proficiency with accessibility testing tools such as WAVE, axe, and ANDI.
• Experience using test management tools like Jira or GitLab.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
• Ability to perform testing across multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or Engineering.
