Description

You will lead testing and audit activities to ensure digital products meet WCAG and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead accessibility testing and audits using manual methods, automated tools, and assistive technologies.
• Create, document, and manage test plans, test cases, and scripts across multiple projects.
• Conduct functional, end-to-end, and regression testing to ensure application reliability.
• Document, report, and prioritize critical ADA defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and clients to provide feedback on requirements and system designs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst with strong knowledge of QA methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within agile projects.
• In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 Level AA standards.
• Hands-on experience with assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, and TalkBack.
• Proficiency with automated testing tools such as WAVE, axe, and ANDI.
• Experience using Jira or GitLab for test management.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
• Ability to lead QA testers and provide technical solutions to development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or Engineering.
