Description

You will manage Adabas database administration and support systems analysis and design within the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Perform business, process, and data modeling to support system requirements.
• Utilize console and web-based system management tools to maintain environment stability.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and stakeholders to manage technical projects.
• Maintain accurate records and provide precise status reporting to management.
• Apply computer systems analysis and design techniques to solve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration or related roles.
• Direct experience with Adabas.
• Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using Jira Software for project tracking.
• Advanced use of Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
• Knowledge of computer systems analysis, design, and technical terminology.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Quincy, MA.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MA HIX or other State Health Exchange systems.
