Description

Maintain, enhance, and modernize legacy Adabas/Natural and VB6 applications while developing new .NET solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and modernize legacy Adabas/Natural and VB6 applications.
• Develop and support .NET applications and data migration processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal CCWIS standards for child welfare systems.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in design and code review sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Visual Basic 6 and SQL.
• 2+ years of experience in Natural programming.
• Hands-on experience with ADABAS.
• Proficiency in .NET, including C# and ASP.NET.
• Experience with data integration, batch processing, and file-based interfaces.
• Ability to support and modernize legacy systems.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SACWIS, MACWIS, or CCWIS systems and child welfare processes.
