Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data solutions and architecture strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define data strategy, roadmaps, and architecture for data warehouse and BI solutions.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models, including ETL, reporting, and analytics pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership from discovery through delivery, ensuring synchronized development with workstream leads.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop proactive monitoring and data remediation solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in RFP/RFQ processes.

Required Skills

• 10 to 17 years of experience in data and analytics, including roles as Technical Architect, Tech Lead, or Senior Data Engineer.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse architectures.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL, SQL Server, and Synapse DB.
• Hands-on experience with ETL principles and source-to-target mapping.
• Working knowledge of modern cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
