Description

You will support the travel and accounts payable section within the finance division. You will manage daily administrative workflows and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Audit invoices and travel claims to verify expense validity and compliance.
• Perform data entry and maintain records within PeopleSoft or similar systems.
• Coordinate the flow of documents, information, and approvals across the team.
• Manage incoming mail by opening, logging, and distributing materials.
• Apply established procedures to make independent decisions regarding daily tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in administrative or finance support roles.
• Proficiency in data entry, specifically within PeopleSoft or comparable ERP systems.
• Knowledge of receiving, auditing, and documentation processes.
• Familiarity with Encompass modules or similar financial tracking tools.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for daily operational issues.
• Ability to provide customer service with diplomacy and tact when handling inquiries.
• Aptitude for business mathematics and attention to numerical detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in travel expense management or accounts payable functions.
• Proven track record of improving document flow efficiency.
