Description

Implement a business partnering model to provide end-to-end administration and operations services across all business units.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end office operations, including facilities management, asset control, inventory, cleaning, maintenance, and renovations.
• Oversee office construction projects across Pakistan locations and manage vendor relationships for competitive pricing.
• Own the travel management process, including visa applications, air ticketing, accommodation, rentals, and dining reservations.
• Develop and enforce company policies, SOPs, and Shariah compliance standards.
• Convert inventory, asset, and construction data into analytical dashboards and collaborate with automation teams to digitize manual activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Administration, including Office Management, Construction, Travel Management, Event Management, and Fleet Management.
• 3-4 years of experience in the IT industry and team management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to create and follow processes, policies, and SOPs.
• Expertise in coaching, mediation, facilitation, and problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and administrative problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Liaise with government bodies regarding labor laws and other regulatory authorities.
• Partner with accounting and management to set budgets, monitor spending, and manage expenses.
• Coordinate office events, meetings, conferences, and training sessions while ensuring facilities meet health, safety, and security standards.
