Description

Administer and maintain the architecture for Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage server architecture, processes, and topology for high availability and distributed deployments.
• Govern server environments, including permissions, project structures, and software lifecycle development from pre-prod to production.
• Troubleshoot deployment bottlenecks, perform performance tuning, and advise users on best practices.
• Execute server upgrades, manage Tableau creator licenses, and coordinate with vendors for routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT teams on security POC implementations and support users with content maintenance requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau REST API and Metadata API.
• Administration of Windows OS hosted in cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Strong knowledge of server upgrade processes, governance, and permission management.
• Proficiency in SQL and deep understanding of Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx architecture.
• iOS device experience.
