You will provide administrative support to the Alternative Counsel Division.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming phone calls for the Administrative Office or Alternative Counsel Division.
Open client cases in Legal Server and notify the division of new assignments.
Update Legal Server with court deadlines, hearing dates, and case information.
Review court notices to identify counsel assignments and prepare Notice of Assignment or Substitution of Counsel documents for magistrate and district courts.
Monitor shared mailboxes and distribute documents to stakeholders.
Schedule client calls and maintain the conflict case assignment and substitution of counsel log.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience operating office equipment including phone systems and copiers.
Experience entering and organizing data.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple administrative assignments.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
