Description

You will support executive operations through a six-week hybrid contract based in downtown Chicago. You own daily administrative workflows and collaborate directly with the Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and manage executive calendars.
• Process invoices and prepare accurate expense reports.
• Perform data entry and draft internal announcements.
• Provide administrative backup for counterpart teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle iExpense.
• Knowledge of MarkView.
