Description

You provide administrative support to supply chain teams, managing complex schedules, logistics, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and travel arrangements for supply chain teams and guests.
• Own the onboarding process for new hires and contract workers, including IT equipment ordering and workspace assignment.
• Process purchase orders using the SAP system.
• Coordinate event planning, including logistics, hotel accommodations, and expense reports.
• Draft reports, documents, presentations, and templates using raw data.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior-level management.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience processing purchase orders within SAP.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills for technical documents.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Strong data management and internet research capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• BA or BS degree.
