Description

You will manage the front desk and serve as the primary point of contact for our real estate agency.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
• Manage incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and handle mail distribution.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, meeting preparation, and office opening/closing duties.
• Perform data entry into spreadsheets and MLS.
• Maintain office and agent supplies and prepare compliance paperwork, agent gifts, and drip campaigns.
• Execute social media ad placement following company standard operating procedures.
• Complete daily timecards and manage email communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and office software.
• Experience with data entry and spreadsheet management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multitasking and administrative clerical duties.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Any Graduate degree.
