Description

Manage the front desk as the primary contact for the real estate agency.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors, directing them to appropriate staff.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail distribution.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, meeting preparation, and office opening/closing.
• Perform data entry into spreadsheets and MLS systems.
• Maintain office supplies and prepare compliance paperwork and drip campaigns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and standard office software.
• Experience with data entry and spreadsheet management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multitasking and administrative clerical duties.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with social media ad placement.
• Knowledge of real estate MLS systems.
