Description

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the US Medical Affairs Neuroscience field and in-house teams, including backup support for the Neuroscience Vice President.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings for senior leadership.
• Arrange travel logistics via Concur and prepare detailed expense reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for client and contract personnel.
• Organize large-scale meetings, including managing technology requirements and logistical details.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of administrative experience supporting senior-level management.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Proven ability to maintain strict discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage complex scheduling.
• High level of organizational detail and accuracy in follow-ups.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Vice President or Senior Director level executives.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, OneDrive, Concur, E-Marketplace, or OUR SOURCE.
• Advanced education or specialized training.
