Description

You will provide recruitment administration support for the Durham campus, managing the end-to-end coordination of sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute sourcing, talent acquisition, and interview management for open positions.
• Screen candidates to ensure minimum qualifications are met and review rehire eligibility.
• Schedule and manage phone, virtual, and onsite interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
• Maintain employee files, manage meeting minutes, and handle candidate data entry into visitor management systems.
• Attend and host onsite and offsite hiring events while maintaining strict confidentiality of all materials.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office management function.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors Recruiting Module.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including MS Bookings, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HR.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to scan for duplicate data profiles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize multiple work streams in a professional or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
