You will manage the services and administrative functions required to ensure organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support services including payroll, administration, and reception.
  • Implement procedures to improve productivity and customer service levels.
  • Manage the acquisition, distribution, and storage of supplies and property.
  • Oversee records management, data processing, and materials scheduling.
  • Coordinate physical workplace requirements with organizational personnel and workflows.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of professional experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience coordinating services within a program office or government consulting environment.
  • Proven ability in developing, implementing, and overseeing administrative functions.
  • Experience with secretarial duties, reception, and payroll processing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in applied science or a related field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Prior military experience in an administrative role.
  • Active Secret Clearance.

  • Master's degree in applied science or a related field.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance.
