Description

You will define project scope, objectives, and success metrics while developing plans, schedules, and resource allocations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, monitor progress against budgets and timelines, and provide regular status updates to leadership. You will prepare executive reports, facilitate stakeholder communication, and lead change management initiatives to support organizational adoption of new processes. You will identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure all projects meet quality, compliance, and safety standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of project management, program management, or operations management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects from planning through execution.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive reporting.
  • Ability to balance aggressive timelines while maintaining quality and compliance.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or defense industries.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and organizational transformation.
