Description

You will provide administrative and fiscal support for the Division of Community Health Services in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice processes by reviewing and submitting monthly invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
• Maintain contract spreadsheets, county employee databases, and contract totals including line item allocations.
• Review and analyze Local Health budgets regarding contract amendments, adjustments, and fund revisions.
• Support fiscal operations through EFT enrollment, tracking County Cooperative Agreements, and assisting with Local Health renewals.
• Prepare impromptu reports and assist with special projects as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in administrative or fiscal support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced experience managing spreadsheets and data tracking.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with invoice processing and invoicing workflows.
• Knowledge of VBA Excel for spreadsheet management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with budget review, coding, credentialing, or billing.
• Background in employer-provided services.
