You will provide senior-level administrative support for the South Mountain College department.

Responsibilities

• Execute core administrative tasks as an Administrative Specialist.
• Support daily departmental operations within the Communication business unit.
• Maintain accurate records and manage workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate scheduling and communications for departmental staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in administrative roles.
• Proven background as an Administrative Specialist.
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting higher education or large departmental operations.
