Description

You maintain and support the availability and performance of mixed UNIX and Windows environments across development, non-production, and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement server and SDLC solutions.
• Automate manual processes using scripting and application development tools.
• Configure Jenkins services for builds and deployments.
• Perform root cause analysis, remediate issues, and drive process improvements.
• Provide first-level support for all enterprise server issues in a 24/7 setting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with Git/Bitbucket for source code control.
• Experience administering Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle for build pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Linux (Redhat variants preferred) and Windows operating systems.
• Scripting capability in Bash, Ruby, Groovy, Powershell, or Python.
• Experience with issue tracking systems like Jira or Service Now.
• Ability to evaluate, test, and integrate OS patches and drivers.
• Top-tier critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
