You will drive international business growth by identifying partnership opportunities and managing the end-to-end student enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities and networks to generate high-quality leads.
• Manage, track, and follow up on leads via telephone to provide detailed course information and counseling.
• Guide prospective students through academic pathways, addressing doubts and aligning courses with their requirements to close sales.
• Process orders accurately and maintain detailed records of all client interactions within the company portal.
• Execute strategic plans to meet monthly sales targets and maintain existing business relationships.

Required Skills

• 3 or more years of industry-related business development experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to execute successful business development strategies.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for phone-based presentations and counseling.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with specific expertise in MS Excel.
• Ability to learn and explain complex academic offerings, including DBA programs.
• Critical thinking skills for strategic planning and task execution.
• Demonstrated ability to meet strict monthly deadlines.
