Description

You will provide technical support and investigation for ADMS applications, owning the resolution of application-level problems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Investigate technical issues and identify root causes based on observed symptoms.
• Evaluate data and facts to determine necessary actions and solutions.
• Communicate technical and non-technical issues clearly to team members and business partners.
• Work autonomously to resolve application-level problems.
• Maintain and update scripts for system support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application support or similar roles.
• Proficiency with Linux server-level application environments.
• Experience with Python programming.
• Ability to write and maintain Shell scripts.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with SQL databases.
