Description

You will act as a technical consultant bridging the gap between customer requirements and IT/OT integration solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalations and provide direct assistance to internal and external customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical processes.
• Perform data analysis, number crunching, and reporting for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary groups and client organizations to resolve complex issues.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT/OT integration.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS).
• Experience with SCADA or historian systems.
• Knowledge of utility business processes and electric T&D utility constraints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and handle difficult situations.
• Any Graduate degree.
