Description

You will provide technical support for ADMS, SCADA, and DMS systems within utility environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues across SCADA, DMS, and networking systems independently.
• Manage system integration tasks and resolve connectivity problems.
• Maintain operational stability for ADMS and SCADA tools.
• Provide direct technical support to customers in a professional capacity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in utility environments.
• Hands-on experience with ADMS and SCADA operations.
• Proficiency with DMS and OMS.
• Practical knowledge of GE e-terra suite tools.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS protocols.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
