Build and maintain Adobe Analytics reports and dashboards for auto financing products including loans, leases, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Adobe Analytics reports tailored to auto financing products.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and risk stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Implement and validate tracking for digital channels including websites, mobile apps, and partner portals.
• Analyze customer journey data to identify trends in loan applications, approval rates, and product uptake.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and ensure compliance with financial industry regulations.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Adobe Analytics in a financial services environment, preferably auto finance.
• Strong understanding of auto financial products (loans, leases, insurance) and customer behaviors.
• Knowledge of digital analytics best practices, web tracking, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, risk, and IT.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting data collection and reporting (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tag management systems, specifically Adobe Launch.
• Ability to provide training and support to business users on Adobe Analytics tools.
