You will troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions within the Adobe Analytics SaaS ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues within Adobe Launch.
• Develop and implement technical solutions for Adobe Analytics implementations.
• Manage QA processes specifically for Adobe SaaS environments.
• Provide technical solutioning for complex Adobe ecosystem challenges.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in QA or technical troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Adobe Launch.
• Proven experience in technical solutioning.
• Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics SaaS workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and solutioning capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Analytics SaaS integrations.
