Description

You define and own the end-to-end architecture for AEM-based content platforms, covering authoring, delivery, personalization, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure content management solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead architecture and development across AEM Sites, Assets, and Headless AEM use cases.
• Establish best practices for content modeling, workflows, templates, and DAM.
• Guide teams on AEM Cloud Service adoption, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Provide technical leadership, performing code reviews and architectural oversight for engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in architect or senior technical roles.
• Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, workflows, and integrations.
• Proven experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or highly regulated enterprises.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, and headless CMS patterns.
• Experience with AI-enabled content workflows, ideally Adobe Firefly or similar capabilities.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Cloud Service, CI/CD, and Adobe Platforms.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with engineering leadership and senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Personalization or Analytics.
• Exposure to CIAM security patterns and data governance in FS environments.
