Description

You will define and own the end-to-end architecture for AEM-based content platforms, spanning authoring, delivery, personalization, and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure content management solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead architecture and development across AEM Sites, Assets, and Headless AEM use cases.
• Establish best practices for templates, components, workflows, content modelling, and DAM.
• Drive adoption of Adobe Firefly and AI-assisted content workflows to improve velocity.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural oversight to engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in architect or senior technical roles.
• Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with AI-enabled content workflows, ideally Adobe Firefly.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, and headless CMS patterns.
• Proven experience in Banking, Financial Services, or highly regulated enterprises.
• Ability to influence engineering leadership and explain complex architecture to non-technical audiences.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Personalization, or Analytics.
• Exposure to CIAM, security patterns, and data governance in FS environments.
