Description

Design and implement enterprise architectures for customer experience and analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures for marketing, sales, and customer insight data systems.
• Design patterns for capturing, aggregating, and processing customer data across web, mobile, and other channels.
• Coordinate with technology and business teams to integrate new products into existing client architectures.
• Manage project schedules, quality documentation, metrics collection, and technical audits.
• Identify and escalate technical risks or issues to senior management and customers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in technical architecture or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Custom Data Platform (CDP), and XDM schema.
• Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Proven ability to architect customer analytics solutions across multiple digital channels.
• Expertise in understanding complex enterprise architectures for customer insights.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data cleansing, structuring, and modeling.
• Knowledge of Data Lake-based ETL solutions.
• API-based integration experience using JAVA, JavaScript, or jQuery.
