Architect and implement complex digital marketing solutions across web, mobile, and email channels for large corporate environments. Lead technical decision-making for personalization and data-driven experience optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital marketing solutions involving site, SEM, media, mobile app, and email integrations.
• Drive technical decision-making for personalization, cross-channel marketing, and data-driven experience optimization.
• Navigate complex technical environments using service-based architecture and server-to-server APIs.
• Lead pre-sales activities including project estimating, scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline creation.
• Manage off-shore teams and deliver customer-facing solutions using client-side and server-side technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an Adobe RTCDP Architect with hands-on implementation expertise.
• Deep technical knowledge of Adobe RTCDP, specifically XDM, AJO, and CJA.
• Proficiency in Adobe Cloud, AEP, and Adobe AEA/AEM.
• Strong command of HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, XML, and REST.
• Experience with Java and service-based architecture.
• Proven ability to work with Event-based Architecture and Offer Decisioning in RTCDP.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, marketing, and migratory environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building out new consulting practices.
