Description
You will serve as the technical lead for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementation and data management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage data integration processes from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Analyze large datasets within CJA to derive actionable insights and aggregate digital data sources.
- Validate pre- and post-production analytics, tagging, and data integrity.
- Utilize SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
- Implement data governance and compliance best practices within the Adobe ecosystem.
- Document all processes, configurations, and changes within the data analytics framework.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- 6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- 6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
- 4+ years of experience with SQL for complex data querying.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data integration, management, and analytics principles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
Preferred Skills
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Developer Expert certification.
- Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Expert or Adobe Analytics Developer Expert/Master certifications.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or data visualization tools.
- Healthcare domain experience.
