Description

You will serve as the technical lead for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementation and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data integration processes from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to CJA.
• Analyze large datasets within CJA to derive actionable insights and aggregate digital data sources.
• Validate pre- and post-production analytics, tagging, and data integrity.
• Implement data governance and compliance best practices within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Document all processes, configurations, and changes within the data analytics framework.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• 6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• 6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data integration, management, and analytics principles.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Developer Expert certification.
• Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Expert or Adobe Analytics Developer Expert/Master certifications.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or data visualization tools.
