Description

You will configure and implement Adobe CJA to deliver customer journey insights across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines to feed Adobe CJA using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other data sources.
• Develop and maintain datasets, connections, and segmentations within Adobe CJA for accurate reporting.
• Integrate Adobe CJA with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and AEP to ensure seamless data flow.
• Implement and manage tags using Adobe Launch/Data Collection for efficient data collection.
• Collaborate with platform owners to implement data layers and design Solution Design Documents and tagging guides.
• Troubleshoot data ingestion, mapping, and visualization issues within the analytics lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Customer Journey Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe CJA, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and transformation using SQL and Python.
• Expertise in tagging and implementing tags via Adobe Launch/Data Collection.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, data layers, and API integrations.
• Experience integrating data across websites and mobile apps (iOS & Android) using APIs and SDKs.
• Experience with ETL pipelines, data governance, and identity resolution processes.
• Ability to build visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe certifications in CJA or AEP.
