Adobe Development Lead

Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable AEM solutions for enterprise clients. You will own the technical roadmap, mentor a large cross-functional team, and ensure rigorous code quality and DevOps standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable AEM applications, overseeing end-to-end design and implementation.
• Manage delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for multiple concurrent projects.
• Champion best practices in AEM development, DevOps automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide and mentor a team of 15+ AEM developers, architects, and QA engineers.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in AEM development with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep expertise in AEM architecture, component development, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Proven experience managing and delivering Dev & QA teams of 15+ members.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and backend technologies (Java, OSGi, Sling).
• Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Experience Cloud certification.
