Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Forms
• Develop and customize AEM Forms including Adaptive Forms, Workflows, and Form Data Models
• Collaborate with front-end developers and business stakeholders to enhance web applications
• Integrate AEM and AEM Forms with external systems using REST APIs
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of AEM-based applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AEM/AEM Forms environments
• Ensure adherence to best practices in AEM development
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Stay updated with the latest AEM and Forms capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8–11 years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience in AEM
• Proven experience working with AEM Forms
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, and JCR
• Experience in developing Adaptive Forms, Workflows, and Form integrations
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations
• Working knowledge of SQL and Git
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• AEM certification (preferred)
